Godfrey - Teresa "Terri" Lynne Chappell, 61, passed at 5:33 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Born January 3, 1963 in Alton, she was the daughter of Maurice "Mo" and Frances "Fran" (Vicari) Chappell. Terri was a physical therapist for over 40 years.
