DECATUR, Ill. — The curtain will rise on a season of holiday magic as launches its national tour at Kirkland Fine Arts Center on the campus of 91ӣƵ. The performance will take place on Sunday, November 2 at 4 p.m., marking the official start of the company’s 2025 U.S. tour.
Before opening night, the cast and crew will spend the week in residence at Kirkland, running technical and dress rehearsals to prepare for the nationwide engagement. The theatre will serve as the creative hub where the show’s dazzling choreography, music, and stagecraft come together for the first time this season.

Presented by Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet, this enchanting production brings Tchaikovsky’s timeless score to life through exquisite dancing, stunning costumes, and lavish sets. Audiences will journey with Clara from her family’s festive holiday party to the dazzling Land of Sweets, meeting toy soldiers, mischievous mice, and the radiant Sugar Plum Fairy along the way.
