John (Jack) Collins died peacefully in his sleep April 6, 2024, at Decatur Memorial Hospital after a brief hospitalization. He had suffered for years from cancer and heart problems.

Jack was born Oct. 13, 1934, to Wesley and Agnes Collins. He was preceded in death by his par-ents, brothers David and Daniel, and his oldest son Andrew. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Carol, daughter Amy Hobbie...
