David Mark Forsythe, 63, was born on August 20, 1960, in Decatur, IL. He recently passed away on November 15, 2023.
A private graveside service will be held to commemorate his life.
David attended Eisenhower High School, Richland Community College, and 91Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ.
He worked for Citizens National Bank and United Parcel Service.
