Annette Marie Sandtveit, age 71, of Gowen, passed away from complications due to Frontotemporal Dementia, surrounded by her family at Corewell Health United Hospital in Greenville on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. She was born on September 22, 1952 in Harvey, IL, the daughter of Louis D. and Lorene A. (Gentry) Mills.
Simply put, music was her life. Beginning with learning piano and flute at an early age, music was her passion and continued throughout her lifetime. Annette graduated from Thornton Township High School in Harvey, Illinois in 1970 where she participated in the concert choir, band, and theater group.
